Jens Bäckbom

Jens works as an investment manager and is responsible for the entire investment process, which involves finding, investing in and developing companies with growth potential as well as implementing an exit strategy from the holding.

Before Jens joined Almi Invest, he was an entrepreneur for eight years, when he ran a SaaS company in the hotel industry and a consulting firm in systems development. 

At Almi Invest his primary focus is B2B in general, deep tech and AI in particular, as well as monitoring the market for VR/AR. Jens holds an MBA from the Stockholm School of Economics and a master’s degree in engineering physics from the Royal Institute of Technology.
