A good idea is not enough – it is always the people behind it who make the difference. I look for teams with drive, openness and the ability to grow into their role as company builders.
Previous experience
I have more than 20 years of experience in innovation support in roles such as business developer, innovation advisor, incubator CEO and leader within a university holding company. In a region like ours, breadth is essential – I have worked with companies across many different industries and developed a strong ability to quickly understand diverse business models and needs.
Board assignments and education
I hold board positions in several of our portfolio companies – active in areas ranging from e-commerce solutions and AI-based climate calculations to digital identification between private individuals.
