I work broadly with companies across many different industries, but I’m especially driven by innovation that makes a real difference in its field. I look for solutions that streamline, improve and clearly qualify as a “must-have” within their segment – ideally those with the potential to create broad impact.
What I look for when investing
I look for companies that can make a meaningful difference for their customers or the wider market. A strong, dynamic team is essential – the people behind the company often determine whether it succeeds. I want to see entrepreneurs with the capacity to grow with their business and who are driven by a clear desire to make a difference.
Previous experience
Before joining Almi Invest, I worked with financing and business development at Almi Företagspartner. There, I supported companies in different stages and industries – from newly founded startups to established industrial companies in growth. This has given me a solid understanding of the entrepreneurial journey and how companies evolve over time, both strategically and operationally.
Board assignments and education
I hold a bachelor’s degree in economics from Mälardalen University and a master’s degree in business administration from Karlstad University.
