Areas of focus
I support investment managers and portfolio companies across the Almi Invest family in preparing and executing exits. An exit marks the end of our holding period but a new beginning for our portfolio companies, and it is important that the handover to new owners runs smoothly.
I also drive internal initiatives within Almi Invest aimed at continuously improving our processes and ways of working.
Previous experience
I previously worked as a management consultant focusing on strategy and acquisition-related issues. My clients were often private equity firms, which gave me valuable insight into how professional buyers think in an M&A process. I also have experience in organisational restructuring and enjoy working with flows and efficiency.
Board assignments and education
I have board experience from both start-ups and investment funds. I have completed both basic and advanced board training through Styrelseakademien.
