Previous experience
I have held leadership roles as CEO and Chief Commercial Officer in both start-ups and scaleups, as well as serving as advisor and board member in early growth companies. Perhaps my most unusual assignment was as national youth coach for Sweden’s women’s football teams (ages 15–23) – an experience that deepened my commitment to coaching, team building and leadership development.
