How can I find copies of my loan payment notices?

If you are an authorised signatory, you can view information about your company’s loans and download payment notices via My Pages (in Swedish). Log in securely using BankID.

Once logged in, go to My Pages > My Loans > View loan to find your payment notices.

If your company is connected to Kivra, your loan payment notices will also be available in your Kivra inbox.

Kan jag få avier digitalt?

If your company is connected to Kivra and has a loan with Almi, your payment notices will be sent to your Kivra inbox. They will not be sent to your company’s physical address.

Instructions on how to connect your company to Kivra can be found here.

If your company is not connected to Kivra, payment notices are sent to the company’s registered postal address. We do not send payment notices by email.

How do I apply for direct debit or change an existing direct debit?

To apply for direct debit or change the details of an existing direct debit, use our e-service by clicking here (in Swedish).

You will find more information about the process and which details you need to provide.

Where can I find an overview of future payments on my loan?

Loan Administration can send a simplified description of your payment plan by post.

An authorised signatory with BankID can place an order by contacting Loan Administration at +46 63 453 03 00.

Opening hours: weekdays (excluding public holidays) 9:30–12:00 and 13:00–16:00.

I have made a double payment – what happens now?

If you wish to receive a refund of the duplicated payment, an authorised signatory with BankID must contact Loan Administration by phone at +46 63 453 03 00, weekdays 9:30–12:00 and 13:00–16:00.

If you do not contact Loan Administration, the amount will automatically be deducted from the next payment notice.

Loan repayment

How do I make an extra repayment?

Pay the extra repayment amount to the same bank giro number stated on your most recent payment notice.

In the message field, state your loan number and “extra repayment”. The loan number can be found on your payment notice.

After the payment has been made, Almi may contact you to ask questions regarding the origin of the funds, in accordance with the Swedish Anti-Money Laundering Act (2017:630), Chapter 3, Section 13.

Is there a fee for repaying a loan early?

An early repayment fee is charged only if the loan is repaid within 12 months from the disbursement date. The fee amounts to 1% of the outstanding principal.

No early repayment fee applies to Microloans, Green Loans, Innovation Loans, or loans where such a fee has been waived by agreement.

How do I repay a loan in full?

An authorised signatory with BankID must contact Loan Administration by phone to receive repayment details.

After the payment has been made, Almi may contact you to ask questions regarding the origin of the funds, in accordance with the Swedish Anti-Money Laundering Act (2017:630), Chapter 3, Section 13.

Loan Administration can be reached at +46 63 453 03 00, weekdays 9:30–12:00 and 13:00–16:00.

How can I see my current outstanding balance?

On My Pages you can access detailed information about your loan, including your outstanding balance and current interest rate.

You can also view and download payment notices showing:

  • Due date
  • Whether the payment is made via direct debit
  • Repayment amount
  • Interest amount
  • Other fees
  • Whether the payment notice is paid or unpaid

Log in securely to My Pages (in Swedish) using BankID.

How do I order an engagement statement?

To order an engagement statement, use our e-service by clicking here (in Swedish). You will find information about the process and required details.

The engagement statement is sent by post and costs SEK 350 (new price from 2026).

Where can I find copies of my loan documents and terms?

Loan Administration can send copies of loan documents and terms by post.

To request copies, an authorised signatory with BankID must contact Loan Administration at +46 63 453 03 00, weekdays 9:30–12:00 and 13:00–16:00.

Authorisation and access

Who can see information about a company’s loans on My Pages?

Only registered authorised signatories or external authorised signatories can view information about a company’s loans on My Pages.

The portal verifies authorisation through the Swedish Companies Registration Office (Bolagsverket).

Can I grant another person access to view payment notices via Kivra, for example a finance manager?

Business mortgages and collateral

Who should I contact regarding existing business mortgages, pledges or excess collateral?

Loan Administration can only answer questions regarding collateral already taken by Almi.

An authorised signatory with BankID should contact Loan Administration at +46 63 453 03 00, weekdays 9:30–12:00 and 13:00–16:00.

What should a bank account certificate include?

A bank account certificate must show the account holder’s name, organisation number and bank account number on the same page.

Please contact your bank to order a bank account certificate.

Changes to contact details

How do I change my address?

To change to an address registered with the Swedish Companies Registration Office or the Swedish Tax Agency, contact Loan Administration at info.lanadm@almi.se.

To change to an address not registered with these authorities, an authorised signatory with BankID must call Loan Administration at +46 63 453 03 00, weekdays 9:30–12:00 and 13:00–16:00.
