We are a team that invests in and supports companies in our region with strong growth ambitions. This includes everything from early-stage startups to companies in later stages. Our focus area covers the counties of Dalarna, Värmland and Gävleborg. The investments are made with support from the European Union through the European Regional Development Fund.

Our investment criteria
We invest in regionally connected companies with scalable potential, well-diversified teams with strong problem-solving abilities, and the capacity to compete internationally. We are particularly interested in companies that:
- develop new, unique and innovative solutions with the potential to take a strong market position and add clear value for the customer
- have teams with a mix of competencies, behavioural styles and experiences
- can create scalable business models based on, for example, unique technologies or clearly defined niches
- address real customer problems with solutions that challenge existing markets
In addition, the company should:
- have the majority of its operations in the counties of Dalarna, Värmland or Gävleborg
- be in the pre-seed, seed or growth phase
- preferably operate within Industry, Tech, DeepTech, Sustainability or Life Science
- be open to additional co-investors (we never invest alone in a round)
How much capital do we invest?
We invest in early financing rounds and always together with private investors.
- Our typical share of a first investment round: SEK 1–5 million
- We have capital available for potential follow-on rounds
- We never take a majority ownership stake, and we always invest alongside private, independent investors in the same round
