Vision and impact
Our vision is to contribute to a better world and better workplaces by combining emotional intelligence (EQ) with artificial intelligence (AI), helping companies build EQ-driven cultures – cultures that strengthen leadership, drive performance, and generate measurable business results.
Our work aligns directly with the UN Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs), and we were previously engaged in a project to develop EQ capabilities for UN Geneva. Unfortunately, the initiative was cancelled due to the withdrawal of USAID funding – but the need and potential remain stronger than ever.
