About the company
Pharma way is the next Swedish growth journey. The Company develops and sells DOT SHOT products - the world’s first and only turmeric drink based on water dispersible curcumins. DOT SHOT is anti-inflammatory with documented health effects.
Turmeric is the most well documented botanical with over 12,000 scientific papers studying the health effects of curcumins the active ingredient of turmeric.
DOT SHOT products (food supplements) contain our proprietary water dispersible curcumins that increase absorption and health effects compared to traditional products, such as powder, capsules and juices.
DOT SHOT is the only curcumin drink in the Swedish service and grocery stores. DOT SHOT shows one of the highest sales values per store when compared to the entire category of functional juices – well above well-established brands such as Garant, Rscued, Innocent and RÅ.
The Company is rapidly increasing its distribution and sales of DOT SHOT products as the Company has during fall been given access to more than 400 COOP stores. The high sales value per store clearly shows great potential for increased distribution and sales data confirm that there is a customer demand for the products.
The world market for turmeric beverages is expected to grow to more than 814 MUSD in 2027. Projected sales 2030: €5 million.

Capital need and valuation:
- Capital Need: Goal to raise new capital up to €1 million. We received 220 000 from our current shareholders earlier this year and we are offering a few new investors up to €800 000 in a directed new share issue.
- Pre-Money Valuation: €4,47 million
Use of Funds
The funds together with income from running business will be invested to reach breakeven in 2026 by increasing distribution, develop new products, resume establishment in the United States, continue to grow in Europe country-by-country and to grow our new business area, animal health.

Revenue Model
- DOT SHOT attracts a broad target group of health-conscious consumers. DOT SHOT is sold through pharmacy chains (Apoteket, Apotea, Apotek Hjärtat, Kronans Apotek), grocery chains (Hemköp, Coop and ICA), gym chains, wholesalers, cross-border retailers, beauty clinics and via our webshops (dotshot.se and dotshotvet.com).
- DOT SHOT is the only curcumin drink in the Swedish service and grocery stores and sales data show high customer demand for DOT SHOT products.
- We have a proven business and scalable business model with a margin between 50 - 70% depending on sales channel.
- The next step – increase distribution in Sweden, resume establishment in the United States, continue to grow in Europe country-by-country and to grow our new business area animal health.

The company has products in store and has access to more than 400 COOP stores. We need additional financing to be able to increase sales force and to support the rapidly increased distribution by producing more products. - Build the right organization
The challenge will be to find the right people with the right competencies that fit with the positions and the Company’s culture and values. We will work to carefully select and interview people and educate people in the organization to broaden their competences. For employees to grow with the Company. - Competition
There are no competing products today based on water dispersible curcumins, but it will come in the future. Thus, we need to build our brand and to be first in new markets. However, it takes more time to educate and convince customers when you’re first in a market. Thus, competition will not be negative as we then will be more companies broadcasting the benefits of curcumins and turmeric.
