Scalingschool
About the company
All entrepreneurs are needed. Big and small, at all levels of society! Today, only 50% of all newly started businesses survive their fifth anniversary. Only 1 in 10 young companies are estimated to reach their potential globally. Support for entrepreneurs is both expensive and complicated to access worldwide. Less than 1% receive help from growth programs.
Examples:
- Morgan Stanley Inclusive Lab: 8000 apply; 10 are accepted.
- Katapult Accelerator in Norway: 2000 apply; 23 are accepted.
This is what The Scaling School aims to change with the world’s most efficient digital growth program. The company's tools and programs make it more efficient and affordable to provide growth support with significantly faster results. If an Incubator with a budget of 3 MSEK can host 15 companies for 200 KSEK per company, The Scaling School hosts 200 companies for the same budget. Reference customers include: Stockholm Stad Incubator Program, PEAK Innovation Program (Östersund, Sweden), Kouvola (Finland), Swedish Institute Program for Ukrainian Incubators, etc.
More than 700 entrepreneurs have successfully been part of different versions of the program since the establishment of the company (2021), giving excellent reviews (avrg 8/10). The Scaling School's effective program, Scaleup in a Box: Kickstart™, makes expensive business knowledge accessible to many more people:
- Companies create their growth plans for 3-6 months at a time.
- Coaching from experts, investors, and coaches becomes more effective when the “homework” is done.
- It is easy to return to the toolbox when the company has gained new insights about its business and market and to create a sharper plan.

Vision and impact
Vision & Impact The vision is to ensure that more Finnish and Swedish and in the long run European companies survive and grow with the world's most effective growth program. The Societal benefits delivered by will be from the UN goals: Wellbeing, Jobs & Economic growth. As entrepreneurship is and will stay a megatrend globally and large scale enterprise will not be able to serve societies with all jobs needed, the development of micro businesses and SMEs are vital for our wellbeing. Our aim is to make wellbeing, jobs and a strong grassroots level community of entrepreneurs possible though The Scaling School, to solve challenges at many levels in society. 2
Risk management
This is “People Tech”, we make people collaborate. AI will be used to create our products, however we focus on supporting human to human interaction and dialogue more efficient and meaningful. The full future concept with the community of collaborators will be hard to copy.. We offer something groundbreaking where there is no direct obvious competition, which might make our customer segment in the public sector regard us as a competitor rather than a facilitator. Word of mouth and satisfied customers is important in order to grow - however it can take time since there are long decision cycles in the public segment. Thus, we need resilienceworking capital and parallel pilots in the private sector.
