ReBid
About the company
ReBid is an AI-powered SaaS platform transforming how construction companies find, calculate, and win public tenders. The $900 billion European construction procurement market is still dominated by manual work, fragmented data, and limited access for smaller firms.
ReBid solves this by automating the entire tendering process — from opportunity discovery to bid generation — using advanced AI trained on thousands of tenders.
Our platform enables small and mid-sized contractors to compete on equal terms with large corporations, improving efficiency, accuracy, and profitability.
Customers save up to 80% of their tendering time while increasing win rates and reducing costly project miscalculations.
With 5,000+ structured tenders, 10 pilot companies, and 300+ on our waitlist, ReBid has strong early traction in a massive and underserved market.
ReBid was founded by Håkan Hägerum, a digital transformation expert with over 15 years of experience helping hundreds of construction companies improve profitability, quality, and sustainability through technology.
He is joined by Co-founder Lotta Wibeck, former Head of Digitalization at Skanska, bringing deep operational and industry expertise, and Fredrik Leo, former CEO of JSB Construction, who sits on ReBid’s board providing strategic direction and market credibility.

Pre-Money Valuation: $2.85 million (≈ 30 MSEK)
Use of Funds
ReBid is raising capital to refine and optimize its first AI module for large-scale market launch and accelerate commercial rollout in the Nordic construction sector.
The investment will strengthen our product and data teams, enhance performance and automation capabilities, and incorporate key insights from pilot customers to maximize scalability and user value.
Funds will also support the development of the next AI modules — “Räkna” (predictive cost estimation) and “Skapa” (automated bid generation) — along with an expanded go-to-market effort.
This round positions ReBid to scale rapidly towards 200+ paying customers and achieve $2.2M ARR (≈ 24 MSEK) by 2026, securing its role as the European leader in AI-driven construction procurement.
Financial forecast
ReBid entered its commercial phase in late September 2025 and rapidly gained market traction, reaching 10 paying customers in one month and forecasting 40 paying customers by the end of 2025, generating around $7,700 (≈ 80,000 SEK) in monthly recurring revenue (MRR).
This fast adoption within the first quarter of commercialization clearly demonstrates strong product–market fit and validates the need for AI-driven tender automation in construction.
Key Financial Targets:
- 2025 Revenue: $11,000 (≈ 115,000 SEK)
- End-of-2025 MRR: $7,700 (≈ 80,000 SEK)
- 2026 Revenue: $935,000 (≈ 9,500,000 SEK)
- End-of-2026 MRR: $77,000 (≈ 800,000 SEK)
- ARR 2026: $925,000 (≈ 9,300,000 SEK)
Revenue Model:
ReBid operates as a recurring SaaS platform built on a modular pricing model.
The core module starts at $180/month (≈ 2,000 SEK), with advanced AI modules for predictive cost estimation (Räkna) at $640/month (≈ 7,000 SEK) and automated bid creation (Skapa) at $1,270/month (≈ 14,000 SEK).
As adoption grows, these modules substantially increase customer value and average revenue per user through deeper automation and data insights.
The platform’s scalability and modular design enable rapid expansion across European markets with similar procurement systems.
