Risk management
- Regulatory & Data: We use our own AI, servers and automations for admin only (for now); licensed clinicians make medical decisions but can utilize MDR registered tools like AI-models for cancer detection and increased efficiency. All chats, video calls, AI-models and health data resides in the EHR system.

- Market Adoption: Zero cost to clinics/regions and referral-based workflows lower friction; working patient flows with several partner clinics de-risk go-to-market.
- Operations & Staffing: Panel of licensed clinicians with flexible shifts; standardized pathways and QA; pool of at least 50 specialist doctors to balance demand peaks.
- Technology Dependence: Standards-based integrations with other EHR; robust logging and rollback plans.
AI-enabled workflows make us dependent on our tech stack. Crisis plans and functions are in place if servers go down.
