Gate
About the company
GATE™ is a governance technology that makes psychosocial risk steerable through structured risk intelligence. Most organisations already have the signals: absenteeism, friction, silence in teams, management strain, and soft attrition. What is often missing is consistent interpretation and decision-grade control: clear thresholds, named ownership, governance cadence, and traceable follow-up over time.
GATE converts weak signals into leadership- and board-ready governance artefacts, including:
- Risk zones (Red / Watch / Stable)
- Named control owners
- Escalation logic and governance cadence
- Traceable action loops
GATE uses AI-supported pattern recognition to increase consistency and speed in translating aggregated signals into governance artefacts; governance decisions remain role-owned, auditable, and traceable.
GATE is aligned with ISO 45003 and systematic work environment logic. It is positioned as an enterprise risk governance layer which enables interventions and economy of scale.
At the end of 2025, Change Collective was repositioned from founder-led advisory delivery into a productised Governance-as-a-Service (GaaS) model delivered through GATE™, supported by standardised artefacts and automation-enabled workflows.
2026 is focused on commercial validation of repeatable conversion and recurring economics.

Vision and impact
GATE makes psychosocial risk governable in the same control language used for other enterprise risks: thresholds, ownership, cadence, and traceability.
As decision velocity increases under AI acceleration and organisational pressure, unmanaged human-system risk compounds. GATE introduces continuous governance cadence and earlier activation—turning weak signals into structured actions leadership can own and audit.
Long-term ambition: establish GATE™ as the psychosocial risk governance module inside larger Environment health and safety / Governance risk and safety ecosystems.
Risk management
Commercial validation risk
Mitigation: bounded pilot format + structured conversion pathway.
Adoption risk
Mitigation: alignment with ISO 45003 and enterprise governance language.
Founder-dependence (pre-scale)
Mitigation: standardised artefacts, automation-enabled workflows, phased capacity build.
