ITmaskinen

About the company

ITmaskinen Sverige AB is the parent company of several 100% owned
subsidiaries and products focused on digital services across various
industries. Historically, the companies have had little to no active sales or marketing efforts, relying almost entirely on satisfied customers and their recommendations.

Given the scalability of the business and “best-in-class” industry references,
this is a highly favorable time to raise capital to invest in sales and marketing and scale the business in the best possible way.
For more than 25 years, ITmaskinen has been the trusted partner ensuring that technology not only works but also drives business forward. We have been there every step of the way: from the first stages of digitalization and the major transition to the internet, to making your solutions mobile for a world on the move.

With the same reliability and experience we have built since the beginning, we are now guiding companies into the AI era. We transform complex innovation into practical customer value – just as we always have.

25 years of innovation! From idea to reality at express speed
Today, we use the very latest AI technology to significantly shorten the ramp-up time in our development projects. For our customer, this means we can move from an initial idea to a finished, fully functioning solution much faster than with traditional methods.

Future-proof solutions: We don’t just build for today; we use tools that enable your service to grow and learn over time.

High-level expertise
Within ITmaskinen and its subsidiaries, there are several senior domain experts with extensive expertise—not only in delivering the solutions demanded by the market, but also, in cultivating and developing long-term business relationships.

In addition to ITmaskinen Sverige AB, the Group consists of the following
subsidiaries and products:

Delegia AB, Skibar Systems AB, ITM Nordic AB, ITmaskinen Inventit AB,
MINT360, SeR, TimeTrack, FIA, CodePayr, BIMctrl.
Some examples of clients we have supported with our solutions
are Volvo, Saco, Polestar, Malmö University, Karolinska
Universitetssjukhuset, Sveriges Kommuner & Regioner, Göteborgs
Hamn, Sveriges Veterinärförbund, Unibail-Rodamco-Westfield
and Mekonomen.

Vision and impact

By bringing in a co-owner for the first time who not only has IT expertise but also extensive experience in building sales and marketing organizations and companies, we see unprecedented opportunities to grow and attract more customers to various scalable subsidiaries and products.

A conservative annual revenue increase of 20% would almost entirely flow through to the company’s bottom line.

Risk management

Main Risks:

  • Market Acceptance: The risk that new customers do not discover our services quickly enough.
  • Technology Development: The challenge of keeping pace with the fast-moving AI landscape.
  • Execution: The difficulty of building a new sales organization.

    Mitigation Measures:
  • Proven Experience: We have 25 years of history and major reference customers such as Volvo and SKR, providing trust and credibility.
  • Phased Approach: We scale up sales efforts in stages and carefully measure results before making further investments.
  • Strategic Partnership: We seek an active co-owner who can contribute expertise in sales and company building, not just capital.
  • Security & Compliance: We are already accustomed to stringent requirements from healthcare and public sector clients (GDPR/Compliance).
